2. Select time and date for call: After you request to book a call, you will get an email confirmation from us. We will then contact you to set up a time and date for your call and to exchange contact details (e.g., Skype, phone number, Facetime, Facebook Messenger).

3. Kirsten will call you: Once you’ve booked your time and date, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Kirsten will call you at the time you’ve booked. If you need to change the time, you can send us a message and we will make the change for you.

In most cases, Kirsten is available to talk to you within 24 hours, but sometimes she has a lot of bookings, so it may be 48-72 hours.

Kirsten is a Salon Marketing Coach. She has been a beauty therapist for over 30 years and is unique because she is also a degree-qualified marketer with over 15 years corporate marketing experience. 

She has owned and operated two successful beauty therapy salons and has also been helping salon and spa owners from around the world build a business that supports their entrepreneurial and lifestyle goals. 

Kirsten is a skilled marketing strategist, coach and mentor and while she has held senior marketing roles, her passion lies in working with salon and spa owners.
