You outline the issue and through powerful questioning you develop a series of solutions or actions.
This session can also be used for goal setting or motivation.

1. Book in a call: To find out more, book a call by clicking on the ‘Book in a Call’ button. You will be asked to provide some background information about your salons goals and challenges that you need help with.
2. Select time and date for call: After you request to book a call, you will get an email confirmation and then we will contact you to set up a time and date for your call and to exchange contact details (e.g., Skype, phone number, Facetime, Facebook Messenger).
3. Kirsten will call you: Once you’ve completed the form and set up your time and date, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Kirsten will call you at the time you’ve booked. If you need to change the time, you can send us a message and we will make the change for you.
In most cases, Kirsten is available to talk to you within 24 hours, but sometimes she has a lot of bookings, so it may be 48-72 hours.

Where Does It Happen?
The BBC Program is a partnership between the coach and salon owner, who meet regularly online via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Messenger.
How Does It Work?
The coach and salon owner meet online and clarify your goals, strategies and actions. You complete the actions between coaching session and we debrief in-depth at each session.
When Does It Start?
BBC starts when we have agreed to work together and the paperwork and payment are complete and when you have received your coaching workbook.
Why Does It Exist?
BBC was created because there was a gap in the beauty industry to provide proven business principles and marketing methodologies specific to salon owners who want to excel in business with confidence.
